Virtual Town Hall for US Citizens in the Philippines: Passport Renewal Procedures
Do you have questions about renewing your U.S. passport as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to limit travel and gatherings? Do you know if you can renew your US passport by mail?
Join us for a virtual town hall to answer these and other questions about renewing your U.S. passport on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. Manila time.
Hosted by the Embassy’s American Citizen Services (ACS) unit, this virtual town hall is open to all US citizens in the Philippines. If you would like to participate, please RSVP using this form. We will email login details to confirmed attendees no later than March 1, 2022.

I have already renewed my US Passport online and by mail and you mainly use Air21 but only Air21 located at the US Embassy you will call and schedule a pick up, don’t try to find local Air21 Lol.. .. Lessons learned, they will send you an Air21 truck for pick up and then later on delivery, so be sure to follow all instructions from the US Embassies Manila link on passport renewals.
