  • Implementation of scrum and agile workflows to ensure timely delivery of team deliverables. The team completed the project two months before the deadline.
  • Creation of a relational database to reuse existing content for future growth. This has exponentially reduced time to market while expanding operations to new customers in the education sector.
  • AS level course with course material and 8000 registrations and over 1,000,000 minutes of watch time. UX has been tested and developed based on the target audience (high school students). Uniformity and ease of use ensured to facilitate learning.

Before starting work on Alt Academy, ChemWithBilal was set up to assess student responsiveness to distance learning in both synchronous and asynchronous settings.
